I am a self-taught abstract acrylic and mixed media artist based in San Diego, California. After earning my Bachelor's degree in graphic design, I built a successful career in design and email marketing. However, in 2023, a mid-career shift occurred when I was laid off from my corporate job. This unexpected change forced me to reevaluate my path, leading to the discovery of a newfound passion for painting—one I had never fully explored before.
This journey has shaped my understanding of art, which transcends mere beauty; for me, each canvas becomes a vibrant platform for creativity, a space where my emotions can come to life.
