Commission FAQs
What is your typical response time?
I aim to respond to all commission requests within three days, offering you a personalized price quote along with my current lead time.
Could you explain how the process works?
Should you choose to proceed, I will draft a contract for both parties to sign. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due upon completion. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom piece, your deposit can be applied toward any original artwork available on my website.
Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit, I will create a personalized digital mood board and color palette tailored specifically to your painting. To help me tailor your custom piece to your space, I kindly ask that you provide paint swatches and/or images of the area. This ensures your artwork harmonizes beautifully with your environment.
Once you approve the proposed color palette, I will begin work on your piece.
How does the creative process work?
I’ll be sharing previews of your painting on my social media, so feel free to follow me and join in on the journey.
As it nears completion, I’ll send you photos for your feedback and final approval. Once you’re satisfied, I’ll add the varnish and sign your piece.
What is the estimated time frame for completion?
Your painting will be completed within 4 to 8 weeks.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, I am only accepting orders within the United States. However, I plan to open commissions to international customers in the future.
