Refund policy
Because all prints are made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Original Paintings
Each original painting is carefully packaged and insured for transit. If your original arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly—whether that's a replacement (where possible), a refund, or a carrier claim.
Prints & Other Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, I'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. To get started:
- Email me at brian@brianp.art within 30 days of your delivery confirmation date
- Include a clear photo of the issue
- If multiple items are affected, include one photo or video showing all items together
I'll review your request and follow up within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 – 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping Errors
If your order was shipped to an incorrect address due to information provided at checkout, I'm unable to offer a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Carrier Damage
If your package shows visible damage upon arrival, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it—this is required to file a carrier claim. I'll handle the claim process on your behalf.
