Shipping policy
Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how I ship.
Processing Time
- Original Paintings: 3 – 4 business days to package and prepare for shipment
- Giclée Prints: 5 – 10 business days (made to order via my print partner)
If you've ordered both in the same order, your items may ship separately. During high-volume periods, processing may take a couple of extra days—I'll reach out via email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates
- Original Paintings: Free shipping on all US orders.
- Giclée Prints: Flat rate of $16.75 per order within the United States.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Most US orders arrive within 2 – 3 weeks of ordering. If you've ordered an original and a print together, they may ship separately.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time. I hope to expand soon!
Carrier Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it. This documentation is required for carrier claims. Contact me at brian@brianp.art and I'll handle the claim process on your behalf.
