Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how I ship.

Processing Time

• Original paintings: 3 – 4 business days to package and prepare for shipment
• Art prints: 5 – 10 business days (made to order via my print partner)

If you've ordered both in the same order, your items may ship separately. During high-volume periods, processing may take a couple of extra days—I'll reach out via email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by carrier, service level, and destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when you select your shipping method.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

I ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival—these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping charge. Customs processing can add additional transit time.

Carrier Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it. This documentation is required for carrier claims. Contact me at brian@brianp.art and I'll handle the claim process on your behalf.
